An independent family attraction that goes from quiet weekdays to thousands of visitors on a sunny Saturday. We scale the cleaning team up through the summer and holidays, keep the washrooms stocked and serviced, and come out fast when a cubicle needs fixing or a drain decides to back up.
Outcome
Complaints about washroom cleanliness dropped sharply in the first holiday season, the park kept its TripAdvisor rating through a busy summer, and the ops team got their weekends back.
