Scope
A popular independent restaurant that trades six evenings a week and needs the kitchen and front-of-house back to pristine before the 10am prep team arrives. We do the clean overnight, handle the grease trap on a schedule, and take the emergency call when a plate glass door handle or a washroom tap decides to stop working mid-service.
